While every care and precaution is taken during boarding, responsibility for the dog can only be accepted at the owner’s own risk.

No dog will be accepted without a current vaccination certificate, including kennel cough.

Deposits & Fees: A £60 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required for 3 or more nights. For bookings of 1-2 nights a £30 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required.  Deposits must be paid within 7 days to secure bookings. Payment is due in full on collection of the dog.

Our fees are £40 per night. Any additional dog sharing a kennel is £20 per night. A £15 late collection fee will be charged if not collected before 12 o’clock.

We ask our guests to bring their own food for the duration of their stay as well as bedding, toys and other comfort items; however these are all left at your own risk.

In the event that bookings are amended or cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival date, you will be charged the full amount due for your original booking. We do not give credit for early collection of your dog, you will be charged for the period booked.
